The glass windows and entrance door will give you an amazing view from the outside, seeing people pass by at the newly opened space at the rooftop of Ayala Center Cebu, while you take a seat to one of their relaxing sofas and your food be served on wooden tables.

The inside is an eye candy. An open kitchen is visible from every angle while you watch the flames and hear the sizzles of your orders being prepared. To add your excitement is the wine bar, which separates the elevated communal dining area and an access for guests to get their most favorite alcoholic beverages.

The food is amazing. They have the basket filled with appetizers for a start, meat, sides, and of course, dessert to satisfy your sweet tooth.

Soups are available on a “soup-of-the-day” basis. If you want a hot, savory bowl, you may call the waiter and ask what’s cooking in the kitchen.

The ambiance is as good as the food being served. At my first glance inside The Social, I can sense “industrial”, from the lighting, the overhead visible pipes, the rustic walls and the clay bricks. The centerpiece of the wall is a graffiti which accentuate the other side of the dining area, which is next to the DJ’s den.

The bright-colored drinks can easily attract you, and exaggeratedly tease you from getting one. Surprisingly delivered to you in a typical wine glass, or in mason jars. Perfect!
