It’s an Extraordinary Arts Month at SM Seaside City Cebu

The Management of SM Seaside City Cebu launched the “Extraordinary Arts Month” last February 7, 2019, at the Cube Wing Atrium, SM Seaside City Cebu. Members of the media both print and online were invited to witness the opening of the said month-long celebration of artistry at the largest mall in the Visayas. Ms. Marylou Neri, Regional Operators Manager for SM Seaside City Cebu welcomed the guests and partners for the said launching day.

Dr. Vivina Chiu, President of Arts Council of Cebu, graced the launching day event as she introduced the great possibilities of bringing and showcasing diverse artistry of all ages from all over the country. She also informed the audience on the ongoing and upcoming plans and programs of the Arts Council of Cebu. Dr. Chiu also opened up about accepting scholars to help achieve their dreams of the arts.

During the opening salvo of the Extraordinary Arts Month, a live painting session of visual artists Barba Godines, Feb Alesna, and Makoi Hamoy as part of the arts month celebration. A performance by the Canjulao Elementary School Ukulele Ensemble with conductor William Consejo was also witnessed during the program.
