Tinda Locale, Cebu's Lifestyle Market at The Greenery

Whenever you get so hectic from work and plan to hang with friends on a Friday or over the weekend, there’s a relaxing spot at Mabolo with good food, music and a dash of shopping. The Tinda Locale is a food trip and shopping destination located at The Greenery in Pope John Paul II Avenue in Cebu.

Tinda Locale is a Lifestyle Night Market showcasing a humble variety of food and drinks from different stores in Cebu. If you like a cold cup of pure lemon juice or fancy a glass of mixed alcoholic beverage, you can find it there.

Of course, what makes Tinda Locale amazing is that pairing of food and drinks can never be a problem with the food stalls and tents all lined up to tempt you for a grilled meat on a stick wrapped in bacon, a hot plate of pasta dish oozing with melted cheese or try some pastries and cookies at night, outdoors.

We went there on a Saturday and we were greeted by the very amazing good smell of the barbecue grilling at Nona’s BBQ Station. After finding a perfect spot to sit and have a taste of the what these food shops can offer us that night, the overlooking view of The Greenery silhouette shadows us a very lively weekend night. Arriving at the barbecue shop, with our unexpected surprise seeing almost everything wrapped in bacon.

While waiting for our food to be ready, we had a stroll around the vicinity and almost pressed our noses on every food that we can fathom. Please note that you should try the crab sticks wrapped in bacon, as we all as the quail eggs wrapped in bacon. Everything wrapped in bacon is just lovely.

The upbeat music played from the loud sound system echoes all over from Magic 92.3 FM, while they have the Magic Bar where they serve mixed alcoholic drinks and beverages.

Get your non-alcoholic drinks from Coppa Lovin’ or The Lemon Co. with their fruit juices from freshly-squeezed lemon and other fruits. Kids will definitely love them while mom and dad had their own sip of alcoholic mixes and madness.

If you want to shop for clothes and other RTWs or a little souvenir before going home, drop by at Tara Corporate Fashion booth and check their finds for fashion and accessories.
