On November 19, 2017, Synergy Dance Crew will be hosting a dance workshop by an international artist, Scott Forsyth, who is also one of the most sought after choreographers in the world today.

The Scott Forsyth Cebu Workshops 2017 will be held at Waterfront Cebu City Hotel & Casino from 3 PM to 7 PM. The much-awaited event will attract over 200 participants not just from Cebu City, but from other provinces in the Visayas.

Dance workshop registration rates

For the dance workshop, the regular rate is ₱1,600.00 (good for 2 classes), while the walk-in rate is ₱1,800.00 also good for 2 classes.

The early bird participants, however, will need to register until August 19, 2017, to avail the promo rate of ₱1,200.00 (good for 2 classes).

The organizers advise securing a slot as early as possible because they are only limiting the number of participants for this event. Don’t miss out on this opportunity to learn from one of the best-renowned choreographers in the world.

How to enroll and secure your slot

For interested parties to enroll in the Scott Forsyth Dance Workshop in Cebu City, please follow these steps:

1) Deposit your payments to any EastWest Bank branch to account* with number 200008301537 under Dale Matthew V. Siao or Lawrence Gachalian Lim.
*Make sure to check that this is an ATM Account.

2) Register online through the Google form provided. Click this for the form. After registering, check your e-mail for verification.

3) Take a picture of your deposit slip and send it to e-mail address officialsynergy.ph@gmail.com with the subject format, “SCOTT FORSYTH WORKSHOP – Name of Registrant”.

Once the deposit slip is sent, participants will receive a confirmation slip which you should PRINT OUT and bring to the venue.

Remember to bring the following to the event:
– Valid I.D. of participant
– Confirmation Slip
– Deposit slip

These will serve as your ENTRY TICKET for the event.

Notice: Strictly no I.D., no receipt, no confirmation slip, no entry. The organizers will entertain walk-ins but cannot guarantee confirmation of registration due to limited slots. Payments must be made only to authorized personnel during the event.
