CebuDoc Group’s commitment as the most trusted and lifelong partner in the healthcare of the Cebuanos led to expanding its services to an outpatient retail pharmacy – the newly opened HappyDoc Pharmacy.
CebuDoc Group opens its second branch of retail pharmacy in Medical Arts Building
Located in Medical Arts Building 2, is the second branch of the retail pharmacy and the latest addition among CebuDoc Group’s Health and Wellness Brands. The first branch is located at Cebu North General Hospital and was opened last October 17, 2020.
“CebuDoc Group is committed to innovation and with our holistic views in healthcare, we have become a prime mover of the industry. This scaling-up also means being able to serve more people who need us and our services,” said Dr. Potenciano “Yong” S.D Larrazabal, III, CebuDoc Group President and Chairman of the Board.
HappyDoc Pharmacy features an over-the-counter wide assortment of branded and generic medicine, a self-service section offering healthcare products, personal care items, and convenience products.
“With our location, we can now serve all patients who come in and out to several doctors’ clinics and specialty centers in the building. HappyDoc Pharmacy is strategically located for the convenience of our patients and surely, as we open our other branches, we will make sure that it is accessible, convenient, and of course affordable. This way we can support more patients,” Larrazabal added.
HappyDoc Pharmacy is equipped with well-trained staff and efficient processes, allowing its staff to devote significant time providing customer service and patient education.
“Our goal is to reach out to more people with our outpatient brands, through our services, we hope to reaffirm to everyone our commitment to compassionate, quality, respectful, and innovative healthcare,” Larrazabal concluded.
To mark the formal opening of the HappyDoc Pharmacy, a ribbon-cutting ceremony followed by a blessing rite was held last Tuesday, December 22, 2020.
