Miss Universe 2016 Candidates visit UNIQLO Store in Cebu

Global casual apparel brand, UNIQLO, welcomed the candidates of Miss Universe 2016 to its SM Seaside City Cebu store, one of the two stores in Cebu to date, last January 17, 2017, Tuesday.
During their visit, each candidate showcased a pair of jeans from UNIQLO’s latest denim line for women, comprising Ultra Stretch Jeans, Skinny Fit Tapered Jeans, and Slim Fit Boyfriend Jeans.

Katsumi Kubota, COO of UNIQLO Philippines, welcomed the 12 Miss Universe candidates, “UNIQLO makes LifeWear – high-quality clothing that is universal in design and comfort and made for everyone, everywhere. So it is fitting that we have such a diverse group of special visitors from all over the world with us today. I would like to warmly welcome the Miss Universe candidates to our UNIQLO – it is our pleasure to have you visit our store.”
The candidates paired their jeans with UNIQLO’s new spring summer items such as the denim jacket, soft bomber jacket, blouson, drape wash long-sleeve work shirt, and UV cut jersey jacket, plus the all-time favorite Supima cotton crewneck short-sleeve t-shirt.
The 12 candidates of the Miss Universe 2016 arrived at the UNIQLO Store, SM Seaside City Cebu for a meet and greet with the media as well as the shoppers. The candidates were the following:
After the UNIQLO meet and greet event, the Miss Universe candidates went back to the host venue at JPark Island Resort and Waterpark in Lapu-Lapu City for the Swimsuit Presentation.
