OnPoint celebrates first year, conducts premier training conference “OnPoint Summit 2019” in Cebu
In one year, OnPoint has bridged individual and organizational clients with distinguished mentors, coaches, speakers and subject experts who empower them to unleash their maximum potential in development and performance.
To mark its one-year milestone, OnPoint conducts its premier training conference, OnPoint Summit 2019, on November 30, 2019, at the SM City Cebu Trade Hall, with its thematic premise: Connect—Collaborate—Contribute.
In this era of digital media and technology, to connect/collaborate/contribute is now more convenient and accessible than ever before, yet there’s still strict self-interest, confrontation or disparity, and detachment in our society.
The OnPoint Summit’s objectives are first, to serve as a platform where the experiences of special guest entrepreneurs and speakers are shared for the beneficial education of the Summit’s attendees; and secondly, to be the nexus where the formation of a community of connectors, collaborators, and contributors can begin!
The Summit’s lineup of enlightening and empowering conversations traverses a variety of topics and subject experts that include:
– Businesswomen Tess Chan (first lady president of the Cebu Chamber of Commerce), Sunshine Lim (the heart and voice behind Heritage Mirabile Export, Heritage Supreme Land, and Sto. Niño Mactan School & College), and Yes Baguio (Vice-mayor of Batuan, Bohol) discuss Women Power and Influence, how such forces contribute to change their communities and society for the better;
– Professional photographer Crisanto Etorma (co-founder of PHONEOGRAPHY) and veteran photojournalist Victor Kintanar share how passion can lead to connections to form and keep together a community that supports its members;
– In Transformational Leadership, author, motivational speaker, and businessman David Chan takes how true leadership isn’t simply about managing people but helping people transform themselves and live their best possible lives;
– CEO Charity Delmo, whose message to her Ideal Visa Consultancy employees became a viral phenomenon, explores with Unconventional Sales how doing away with conventional business sense can lead to surprising, successful results.
The OnPoint Summit will also feature conversations and sessions with wellness expert Chip Lopez, marketing strategist Hector Angeles of Mad Elephant PH, trainer Jun Allego of Nexus SG, tea-master Alvin Elman of Althaus Tea, HR Expert Luis Morales, Ralph Layco of Hairfood Co., Google developer and SYMPH founder Albert Padin, CEO Richie Ann Castillo of Ecogeek, Titay’s COO and MDF Productions founder Margo Frasco, art connoisseur and gallerist Pia Mercado, award-winning visual artist Hersley Casero and OnPoint’s Founder Jen Murillo.
