Remembering Sinulog Grand Parade 2016 by Ralph Llanos Photography
The Sinulog Festival Grand Parade in 2016 was something to remember and cherish. As we come closer to this year’s edition of the Sinulog festivities, it is just so right to remember the most spectacular parade last year. The center of the celebration on every Sinulog Sunday was the street dancing of all contingents from Cebu City, neighboring provinces and other participating regions from all over the Philippines.
One of the photographers who were able to capture the colorful display of the grand carousel parade last year was Ralph Llanos, a Wedding and Events Photographer, and Graphic Artist from Cebu City.
Here are some samples of his works and these will surely give an effect to those who were not able to witness the festivities of Sinulog to absolutely do their best to visit the Queen City of the South next year and also to those who were there during the parade, a reminisce of the amazing experience of the celebration.

About Sinulog Festival
The Sinulog Festival is an annual cultural and religious festival held on the third Sunday of January in Cebu City, to honor and celebrate the adoration of the Holy Child Jesus or Santo Niño. It is the center of the Santo Niño Catholic celebrations in the Philippines.
Other places like Maasin City, Balingasag, Misamis Oriental and Southern Leyte also have their own version of the festival in honor of the Santo Niño.
