Now in its 12th year, Little Boy Productions will once again hold theater workshops for kids and teens this summer at the Robinsons Galleria Cebu starting on April 26, 2018.
Summer Theater Workshops at Robinsons Galleria Cebu
What makes these workshops different? They will be led by Fil-Am theater director Andrei Pamintuan (Manila Fringe Festival, “Sa Wakas – the Sugarfree musical,” New York Musical Theater Festival, Two River Theater in Red Bank, NJ) and actress Jill Pena (“Annie” and “The Sound of Music” at Resorts World Manila, “Kinky Boots” and “Carrie” with Atlantis Productions, “Mulan” with Repertory Philippines Children’s Theater) and they bring with them their years of experience working in professional theater.
You don’t need to fly to Manila or New York to experience a similar theater workshop. The Little Boy Productions will bring the teachers here in Cebu City.
More importantly, the workshops use theater games to teach creativity, awareness, observation, focus and, most importantly, to build self-confidence. The games also help with coordination skills, quick-thinking, self-reliance and the importance of teamwork.
The theatre is a unique, immersive learning experience with great benefits to a child’s development, with lessons they will carry with them for the rest of their lives.
Workshop fee is ₱5,500.00 and will comprise 12 sessions spread out over 4 weeks starting April 26.
