Cebu’s celebrated dance group, Lumad Basakanon, has clinched the top spot at the 2024 Kasanggayahan Festival National Festival of Festivals in Sorsogon. Their mesmerizing performance, featuring intricate choreography and stunning costumes, earned them multiple awards.
