Tambayan sa Lacion Food Park is now open

The Tambayan sa Lacion Food Park is a brainchild of the municipality of Consolacion and the Hayco Family to provide the residents of Lacion a place to dine, enjoy music and gather for a night of fun entertainment and meet people. Opened last April 22, 2017, Saturday, Tambayan sa Lacion has been officially the first food park in the north of Cebu region.

The Tambayan sa Lacion is a 2.1-hectare property converted into a venue mainly to serve good food to the community of Consolacion and the neighboring cities and other municipalities. They aim to promote different small to medium-sized businesses in showcasing what they can offer to the Cebuanos. To level up the fun and excitement at the first food park in Northern Cebu, they also provide unique entertainment from live band performances and dance numbers.
During the Grand Opening Day last April 22, 2017, the Municipal Mayor, Hon. Teresa Alegado was invited to welcome the guests and officially open the food park to the public in full blast. The Tambayan sa Lacion had its soft opening during the first week of April.
A huge variety of food from different food stalls are available at the Tambayan sa Lacion Food Park ranging from appetizers like meat barbecues, pizza, and pasta dishes. You can also get rice toppings and dimsum dishes, larang soup, pork steaks, and more.
Desserts and refreshments are also served from the stalls who joined the food park.
The dining area can cater a lot of people, however, the crowd would start building up at around 8-9pm with families having dinner or visitors from Danao, Cebu City, Lilian, and other parts of the Cebu region come together to join the fun at Consolacion.
A huge space for parking is located in the back area of the vicinity to give convenience to travelers from different parts of Cebu coming over to celebrate good food and fun entertainment at the Tambayan sa Lacion Food Park.
The operators of the said venue are planning to expand in adding more food stalls. They are also in the works to build a larger stage for performers to entertain guests.

Tambayan sa Lacion is open 24/7 with selected food stalls. Other eateries serve lunch and a convenience store is available at the entrance. A Ngohiong shop is also at the front area as well.
