The Company, a multilocation co-working space, was founded in 2016 in Fukuoka, Japan by a productions company Zero-Ten Co., Ltd. They have been working with multiple project-based teams with Mr. Jiro Enomoto as Chief Executive Officer and President. He saw the value in the gathering of individuals and businesses from different fields, cultures, and work styles to work and link together. In Cebu, The Company opened its newest and second co-working space branch at Cebu IT Park last February 15, 2019.

Promoting a collaboration-friendly environment and network, The Company strengthens its services under its main goal: ‘Work. Link.’

Enomoto’s vision is to encourage The Company’s members from all over the world to collaborate and create something together through the community managers and staff. The Company’s Social Networking Site, especially curated matching events, shared projects and access to its continuously growing network.

Since 2017, The Company then began its overseas expansion with its Head of Expansions Mr. Masaki Suguro who also graced the opening reception event at their Cebu IT Park branch. Under his leadership, he had established 7 branches all over the world, starting in Mandaue, Cebu, then in Honolulu, Hawaii. It also includes locations in Bangkok, Thailand, and in Singapore. Their Cebu IT Park branch in Cebu City is its latest addition to the co-working line-up. The Company has recently announced that it will be opening another branch in Kawabata, Fukuoka by June this year.

All of The Company’s co-working spaces are designed by Zero-Ten Japan and are operated by the teams employed in each location and region. Each space is then a product of the collaboration between The Company’s members. The Company also aims to change the definition and standard of what a workplace should be and make flexibility, collaboration and creativity common places for all its members.

The Company Cebu IT Park: What are the main services? The plans?

The Company Cebu – IT Park has a co-working space that can seat 80 individuals, 27 private offices, 12 executive offices, 2 meeting rooms, and an event space that can accommodate up to 250 people.

Overall, The Company aims to encourage Cebu’s top startup community, creatives, digital professionals, innovators, and entrepreneurs by collaborating with existing International and local communities, governments, corporations that support the above-mentioned professionals and groups.

Very recently, The Company Cebu – IT Park has partnered with the Department of Trade and Industry and its other partners for Startup Island PH’s Mentorship Program – Batch 2. The Company will provide access to its space as well as its International network to the startups who will qualify and will be participating.

Moreover, Zero-Ten Japan also plans to collaborate with creatives within The Company Cebu’s network by hiring and collaborating with them for projects.
