Dakasi originated in Taiwan serving milk teas and fresh teas since 1990. Years later, before the company reached its decade anniversary, it expanded to Guangzhou, China, and eventually set up its main office there. In 2003, Dakasi opened for franchising, and more outlets slowly spread throughout China and Southeast Asia. To date, Dakasi has around 450 branches in China alone and has become the number one brand among its counterparts. They have 40 branches in the Philippines with three in Cebu.
Dakasi continues product innovation, customer services improvement to sustain customer satisfaction in Cebu
Dakasi believes in the principle of “customer first” and “service first”. It upholds the business concept of quality, constant improvement, and innovation with a goal to attain 100% customer satisfaction.
Bubble milk tea, a unique Taiwanese beverage, is the signature drink of Dakasi. It became synonymous with the company and brand. There are also other fresh tea drinks that are fresh, convenient, and tasty, and are the favorite beverages not just of the Taiwanese people but have taken the world by storm.
Dakasi Philippines aims to develop a nationwide chain of gourmet drinks. All drinks at Dakasi are made with fresh ingredients. They pride themselves in their own recipes for cooking tea, pearls, and sugar, guaranteeing a taste that cannot be found elsewhere. With fresh, unique, and tasty drinks, Dakasi wants to make its products a part of the daily lives of Filipinos.
Dakasi uses premium ingredients. Real tea leaves of black tea and green tea were harvested with their customer in mind. They also offer barley tea for those who love their tea with no caffeine content (unlike the black and green teas.)
Fruit drinks like the Creme Avokkaido are made with real avocado fruit pulps. They also use 70% real fruit puree on their other fruit drinks like strawberries, blueberries, passion fruit, and lemon with fruit bits and no artificial ingredients.
They use real sugar. They cook their own sugar syrup using natural refined white sugar. Milk Tea products offered by Dakasi are safe for guests with lactose intolerance (except the Hokkaido Milk tea variant).
Today, Dakasi is continuously developing new products addressing the need of the market. Every new product being introduced to the market undergoes a meticulous selection of ingredients, technical skills, and sophisticated taste. Every innovation is made with the thought of making a special drink for a dear friend or a special loved one.
Dakasi stores can be found throughout China, Thailand, the Philippines, Indonesia, Cambodia, Malaysia, Canada, and other locations worldwide.
