Let’s Help MindaNOW: CCCI donation campaign calls for support

In just a span of two months, four above magnitude 6 earthquakes rocked Davao Region and other parts of Mindanao. On December 15, the latest and strongest shook the same areas with a magnitude 6.9 tremor. In light of the recent events in Mindanao, the Cebu Chamber of Commerce and Industry (CCCI) launched a donation campaign to help raise funds for the benefit of the Mindanao earthquake victims.

The quake reportedly left four people dead, 100 injured, about 50,000 people newly displaced, and at least 10,000 houses and buildings partially or totally damaged.

The number is expected to rise as authorities continue to conduct search and retrieval operations.

As hundreds of aftershocks remain to shake the grounds, the people of Mindanao continue to call for help and support.

The Cebu Chamber of Commerce and Industry (CCCI) is appealing for the support of not only its member companies but also the entire community of Cebu in helping the Mindanaoans through donating to the Let’s Help MindaNOW! campaign.

This holiday season, let us come together as one, give back to our fellow Filipinos in Mindanao, and be of aid to those who are in need.

CCCI is knocking on your kind hearts to be one with them in the cause of helping our fellow Filipinos in Mindanao who have been affected by the series of earthquakes in the past months.

Details on how to cast your donations are on the flyer below. Your contribution will surely make a difference in the lives of the affected communities!
