The entire city of Cebu will celebrate the world-acclaimed Sinulog Festival this year. From its two-year hiatus brought on by the COVID-19 pandemic, the Sinulog Foundation prepared a wide calendar of activities and major events for Sinulog 2023 with the help of the City Government of Cebu.
