Cebu Pacific Air extends FREE Rebooking policy to address passenger travel concerns
As Cebu Pacific Air (CEB) continued to monitor the situation amid the COVID-19 in the Philippines, they have been providing to concerned passengers on canceled flights following the Enhanced Community Quarantine measures of the Philippine government. Updates were disseminated as soon as possible due to the developing and unprecedented situation in the country. One of the latest travel advisories posted by CEB was the extending of their free rebooking policy to canceled flights.

CEB expressed their gratitude to everyone for their patience and understanding, and the flight, operational and frontline teams for doing all they can to assist the passengers. As the COVID-19 situation continues to evolve every day, Cebu Pacific Air understands that traveling may be furthest from our mind at this point.
Free rebooking extended. CEB strives to make things easier for the passengers, which is why they have had previously waived CEB FLEXI fees on all new bookings until April 30, 2020. This gives passengers free rebooking up to 2x, allowing for peace of mind in future travels. With regard to the latest travel advisory, CEB is now extending free CEB Flexi for all new bookings until June 30, 2020.
