Mothers, sisters, cousins, friends – all types of women play important roles in the lives of people. This is why they take center stage today, March 8, at the Robinsons Galleria Cebu wherein several exciting activities are in store to celebrate their life and contributions around us.

Dubbed as “Women in Bloom,” Robinsons Galleria Cebu is celebrating International Women’s Day today, March 8, 2020, with a lineup of activities that are sure to showcase the heroics of ladies at the Mall’s Atrium.

“Robinsons Galleria Cebu would like to pay tribute to women in our lives and saw it fitting to stage Women in Bloom during International Women’s Day,” said Joanna Fajardo-Salazar, Group Marcomm Manager of Robinsons Galleria Cebu.

Cebu’s Chocolate Queen Raquel Choa jumpstarts the day of celebration as she leads the opening salvo at 11:30 AM.

The lady lawyers of CELLA will be talking about Women’s Rights at the Atrium from 1 PM to 2 PM to help fellow women stand up for themselves.

Bring out the inner femme fatale in you with a female makeup artist workshop titled “Femme Façade” from 1 PM until 8 PM.

In celebration of women excelling in the fashion industry, there will also be a Women in Fashion Exhibit which features the collections of local talents including Arcy Gayatin, Marichu Tan Geson, and Mary Ty Apares. It runs from 10 AM until 9 PM.

For those into art, Artissimo, pencils and watercolors workshop is also available from 3 PM to 8 PM.

Last but not the least, enjoy an orchestra with a special solo performance from Dr. Ingrid Sala Santamaria from 6 PM until 9 PM.
