Customers who enroll in the program can enjoy a 40% discount upon signup and collect additional shipping discounts when meeting set shipping criteria2. An additional 5% discount can be earned if they use an automation tool such as FedEx Ship Manager (FSM) which enables SMEs to book anywhere, anytime. With FSM, online customers can manage simple, single shipments as well as multi-piece parcels for multiple locations.
