Experience the rich and delightful tradition of indigenous chocolate-making, while savoring delectable treats garnished with locally-made tablea. Join the Chocolate Journey with a tour inside Casa de Cacao as Chocolate Sommelier, Raquel T. Choa, an Ambassador of Philippine cacao, tells you the inspiring tales of the Legend of Maria Cacao.
Learn about the Cacao Bean Evolution and recognize the value of cacao beans as new techniques are incorporated in tablea production from well-fermented and solar-dried beans that are roasted, shelled, ground, and molded. The Chocolate Executive, Edu Pantino, will guide you through the colorful history of cacao beans and will also welcome you to sample the creation at Casa de Cacao that is delightful and meaningful.
Dive into the richness of chocolate as they serve sikwate, chocolate-covered cacao nibs, ganache truffles, and of course, chocolate cakes and cookies. Get to witness first hand the actual tablea making at the Chocolate Journey’s Tablea 101.
Watch as the Chocolate Queen demonstrates the proper and traditional way of pounding cacao beans. You can also volunteer to experience the rhythm and the beat of the pounding of the cacao beans that soon will transform into one of the main ingredients to make the food for the gods: chocolate.

You can also get to relax and enjoy their creations at the Tsokolate Bar. Indulge the experience of hot choco drinking and chocolate tasting, and sample their array of chocolate cakes from the unique kick with alcohol to vegan-friendly variety.

Here is the rate table for the Chocolate Journey at Ralfe Gourmet Casa de Cacao. It includes the Cacao Bean Evolution, Trails & Tails of Maria Cacao, and Tablea 101. The tour requires a reservation.

They are also open for the Chocolate Stop for a hot choco and chocolate-tasting session at the Tsokolate Bar for only ₱550.00 per person. The Sikwate Ceremony is also available for ₱1,000.00 for 5 participants. This includes Tablea-making and testing.
