EasyHub, the interactive Globe store, opens first regional site in Cebu

Cebuanos can now experience Globe’s first interactive store in the region with the recent opening of EasyHub at the Cyberzone of SM Seaside City Cebu. EasyHub offers a multi-channel retail experience where Globe customers, tech newbies, and even senior citizens can easily connect, explore, and fulfill transactions with just a touch of a button.

This is part of Globe’s innovative service, in line with its commitment to the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals which underscore the roles of innovation and infrastructure in driving economic growth and development.

The interactive one-stop-shop features life-enabling solutions that combine digital and brick-and-mortar experiences for more convenient access to Globe’s products and services.

Customers can shop, pay, explore, and even access information on how to request customer service support on Globe’s mobile platforms. Through the Pay Zone and Care Zone, they can make essential transactions without the hassle of advanced queuing and waiting.

The Pay Zone has vending machines that accept cash to pay Globe, Innove, and Bayantel bills, add funds to the GCash wallet, buy load for prepaid accounts, and purchase a special SIM card with data inclusion.

In the Care Zone, there are helpful screenshots displayed to guide customers on paying bills via the Globe One app or the vending machine, requesting service through the Globe One App or Globe At Home app, and using the GCash app.

Aside from SM Seaside City Cebu, EasyHub booths can be found in Ayala Malls Manila Bay, SM Manila, and Robinsons Place Bacolod City. Additional outlets are set to be opened in various locations nationwide to make them accessible to more people.
